She assisted Ah Ma with her daily needs such as bathing, changing diapers, and bringing her to medical checkups or outings using a wheelchair. She also handled all general housework—cooking, cleaning, ironing, laundry, and marketing.

From 2022 to 2025, she cared for another elderly couple—Ah Ma (86) and Ah Gong (97)—who could still walk slowly. She helped Ah Gong with bathing, diaper changes, medication, and meals, and accompanied both of them to checkups and outings. Alongside caregiving, she took care of all household chores like cooking, washing, ironing, and marketing.

In April 2025, she briefly worked for a Chinese family for two weeks. However, she encountered challenges in caring for the elderly grandmother, who would often become upset even when she followed the employer’s instructions. To maintain a positive and respectful working environment, she decided to return to the agency. She is now seeking a new opportunity where she can apply her caregiving skills and serve in a more understanding and supportive household.
